Looking to share some space this summer? I just graduated from a College of Design in Denver and will be looking for an internship/career start in the Bay Area for several weeks. Here’s a little bit about me:
I am 36 years old and prior to my recent degree in Industrial Design worked as a graphic designer and massage therapist around Arizona and Boulder/Denver, Colorado.
My passion is dance (Contact, Salsa/Tango), and I’ll be attending many of the wonderful dance opportunities the Bay Area has to offer this summer, including the West Coast Contact Festival, June 29-July 4th. I’m a clean, responsible and down-to-earth guy who doesn’t drink or smoke. I enjoy a balance of conversation and quiet time, with plenty of adventurous strolls around the city and its pockets of nature. (I’m a fanatic photographer, so you’ll get plenty of photos as souvenirs of my stay, if you’d like.)
I’m looking for a friendly place that is not a party zone, preferably near the Bart and a safe, walkable pedestrian traffic area. I do need a safe place to park my car included in my stay. Since I am conducting a career/intern search on this trip, I will need to be able to patch into your Wifi with my laptop to write emails. Besides that, all I need is a place to rest my head and throw together some food.
So if you have an extra room or cottage and would like an interesting roommate or neighbor, please send me a note. I look forward to talking with you and seeing if we’re a fit.
